Jack LeBlond

Head Strength Coach & Head Hitting Coach

Jack LeBlond, CSCS

A native of Lewiston, Maine, Jack joins UpperDeck after a playing career at the University of Maine and the University of Southern Maine. He holds a degree in Exercise Science from USM and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has also earned a Mental Performance Mastery certification through the mentorship of Brian Cain. Jack spent the past year as Assistant Baseball Coach and Assistant Strength Coach at Bridgton Academy and will serve as an Assistant Coach for the Sanford Mainers of the NECBL this summer, leading the development of infielders and hitters.

Jack does not assume what an athlete needs, he measures it. Every program begins with a comprehensive assessment so the training is built around real data, not guesses.

A Mental Performance Mastery certification means Jack coaches the mental game as much as the physical one. Approach, routine, and mindset are core parts of every hitting session.

Hands-On Every Session

Jack is on the field for every session. Small groups exist specifically so every athlete gets real coaching attention, not just a program to follow on their own.
