The assessment on Day One was unlike anything I'd experienced. By the end of the first session, Jack already knew exactly what my swing needed. The Hittrax data doesn't lie.
Strength &Conditioning
Assessment-driven S&C programming to maximize speed, strength, and power. Small groups of 1-5 athletes. Up to 4 sessions per week.
What This Program Delivers
Our Strength & Conditioning program is built around one principle: measure first, train second. Every athlete begins with a comprehensive assessment, 10-yard and 40-yard dash via VALD SmartSpeed Lasers, vertical and broad jump, and rotational power through medicine ball velocity measurements. That data becomes the foundation of a fully individualized program designed to address your specific needs and maximize development of speed, strength, and power.
Who This Is For
Baseball players of all levels looking to build the physical tools required to compete, speed, explosive power, and rotational strength. Athletes who want more than a cookie-cutter workout.
Everything in This Program
How It Works
- 01
Comprehensive assessment: speed, power, and rotational strength measured on Day One using VALD SmartSpeed Lasers, jump testing, and medicine ball velocity.
- 02
Data-driven program design: your baseline determines the program. No guesswork, every session is built around your specific areas of development.
- 03
Small-group training: 1-5 athletes per session, balancing coaching quality with peer accountability and team culture.
- 04
Up to 4 sessions per week: athletes choose their training frequency based on schedule and goals.
- 05
Ongoing benchmarking: regular re-testing tracks progress and informs program adjustments.
What You'll Build
Measurable improvements in speed and power with baseline data to prove it
Programming built around your actual numbers, not a generic template
Small groups that hold you accountable and push you to compete
Physical tools that translate directly to on-field performance
What the Program Builds
Strength & Conditioning Questions
- Speed is evaluated using VALD SmartSpeed Lasers in the 10-yard and 40-yard dash. Lower body power is measured with vertical and broad jump. Rotational power is assessed through velocity measurements of various medicine ball throws. This gives us a complete baseline for your program.
