UpperDeck Training is a baseball performance facility in Sanford, ME dedicated to helping athletes maximize their potential through elite, assessment-driven training programs.
Metric-driven. Personalized. Baseball-focused. Sanford, ME.

UpperDeck Training is a baseball-specific performance facility located in Sanford, Maine. The facility offers two programs, Strength & Conditioning and Hitting Development, each beginning with a comprehensive assessment on Day One.
All programming is individualized, delivered in small groups of one to five athletes, and tracked using VALD SmartSpeed Lasers, Hittrax batted-ball technology, and medicine ball velocity testing.
Jack LeBlond, CSCS, serves as both Head Strength Coach and Head Hitting Coach, building every program around the athlete's actual baseline, not a one-size-fits-all template.
Every athlete who walks through our doors starts with an assessment, not a workout. We measure what matters, build a program around your actual data, and track your progress from Day One. That is how you build real results, not just good sessions.

Head Strength Coach & Head Hitting Coach
A native of Lewiston, Maine, Jack joins UpperDeck after a playing career at the University of Maine and the University of Southern Maine. He holds a degree in Exercise Science from USM and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has also earned a Mental Performance Mastery certification through the mentorship of Brian Cain. Jack spent the past year as Assistant Baseball Coach and Assistant Strength Coach at Bridgton Academy and will serve as an Assistant Coach for the Sanford Mainers of the NECBL this summer, leading the development of infielders and hitters.
The assessment on Day One was unlike anything I'd experienced. By the end of the first session, Jack already knew exactly what my swing needed. The Hittrax data doesn't lie.
My exit velocity jumped 6 mph over the summer. That's real, measurable progress. Jack tracks everything and the program evolves as you improve.
The S&C program gave us a baseline we could actually train to. Knowing where you start makes all the difference in knowing where you're going.
